About the Role

In this role you will shape the future of production by guiding a team that improves assembly methods, advances process performance and maximizes equipment utilization. You will influence strategic decisions, refine world‑class manufacturing processes and champion initiatives that enhance quality, cost efficiency and safety. • Lead development and optimization of production processes to meet project and business targets • Approve and validate designs for internal and externally developed processes • Define production costs and sequence workflows to maximize quality while minimizing cost • Develop investment budgets for new product and process initiatives • Support supplier evaluation with supply‑chain partners to assess technology and capacity • Collaborate with R&D and global teams to strengthen technical standards and integrate new technologies • Promote a strong safety culture across all production development activities • Build, guide and develop a high‑performing team in alignment with HR policies • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and bring extensive experience in manufacturing operations and engineering, including leadership and project‑management responsibilities. Strong communication skills are essential, and the role values experience with advanced manufacturing technologies. • Preferred qualifications: transformer manufacturing experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner certification
