What You Bring
The position requires CPR/Lifeguarding certification, which Palms will pay for while you are in training, and applicants must be at least 16 years old by Memorial Day weekend. Lifeguards must maintain constant surveillance, enforce pool rules, keep the pool area clean, and communicate regularly with supervisors. • Must be at least 16 years old by Memorial Day weekend • Able to work well in a team and independently • Available for the full season through Labor Day (preferred)
