About the Role

A Fabricator examines specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine material characteristics and machine setup, fabricates work pieces per specifications, retrieves correct materials, and performs various fabrication duties. They inspect work pieces visually or with measurement tools to ensure product quality, package items for shipping, install protective devices for transport, follow safety policies, and perform other assigned duties. • Examine specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine materials and machine setup • Fabricate work pieces according to order specifications • Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties • Inspect finished pieces with visual checks, tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure quality standards • Package items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage during transport • Follow company safety policies and procedures

What You Bring

The role generally requires 0-2 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include experience reading blueprints or work orders, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. Pay range in California is $18.90-$24.60 hourly, with salary determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. • 0–2 years of fabrication experience • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and analyze drawings • Knowledge of construction and industrial products • Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)
