About the Role

The Technician Fabricator (Drill Bits) role supports production by accurately measuring, interpreting technical drawings, and fabricating components to specification. The position demands precision, attention to detail, and safe hands‑on work. Key duties include using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers, reading engineering drawings, specifications, routers, and bills of materials, and applying basic math for fabrication tasks. The technician also performs fabrication to meet product specs, operates a forklift, lifts up to 50 lb safely, and communicates with team members and supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency. • Measure components using calipers and micrometers. • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, routers, and bills of materials. • Apply basic math for fabrication calculations. • Fabricate parts to meet product specifications. • Operate forklift and safely lift up to 50 lb. • Communicate with team and supervisors to ensure quality. • Maintain attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality. • Work first shift from 6 AM to 4 PM. • Participate in tailored financial programs and 401(k) Thrift Plan.
