Job Highlights
About the Role
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify energy efficiency, waste reduction, and resource conservation opportunities. • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans aligned with organizational goals and environmental regulations. • Analyze and report on key sustainability metrics such as carbon footprint, energy consumption, and waste generation. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into product design, manufacturing processes, and facility operations. • Manage sustainability‑related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. • Research and evaluate emerging green technologies and best practices for potential implementation. • Prepare and deliver presentations on sustainability initiatives to stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies and sustainability‑focused organizations. • Provide technical expertise and guidance on sustainability matters to various company departments. • Stay current with evolving environmental regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.

What You Bring

The position is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Buildings & Places business line, and may require travel within the Kingdom. • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability engineering or a related discipline. • Proficiency with sustainability assessment tools and methodologies. • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards. • Expertise in energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills. • Excellent project management abilities. • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling software. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Experience implementing sustainable practices in industrial or corporate settings. • Understanding of sustainable development principles and green building design. • Familiarity with life‑cycle assessment and carbon footprint analysis. • Professional certifications such as LEED AP, CEM, or WELL AP preferred. • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment. • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
