About the Role
In this role you will assist in the development and maintenance of the cycle count program, conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and ERP frequency parameters, monitor and maintain the accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor‑managed inventory, and transit material, and generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy. The position involves indoor and outdoor exposure to weather. Maintains housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and hazard‑free. • Assist in developing and maintaining the cycle count program. • Conduct cycle counts using ABC classification and ERP frequency parameters. • Monitor accuracy of inventory bin locations, vendor‑managed inventory, and transit material. • Generate and maintain reports on inventory accuracy. • Perform housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and hazard‑free.

What You Bring

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment, and at least one year of experience with Microsoft Excel. Relocation is not offered, and candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the El Paso, TX facility, except for active‑duty military service members who are exempt. Candidates must be forklift certified or willing to become certified, have two or more years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse, two or more years of experience with ERP/MRP software, be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English, and be able to use the SAP system. The role requires the ability to stand continuously during shifts. Physical demands include standing continuously during shifts, regularly lifting up to 35 pounds (with accommodation if needed), wearing required personal protective equipment, and exposure to high noise levels where ear protection may be required. • Require high school diploma or GED. • Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing warehouse and with Microsoft Excel. • Forklift certified or willing to become certified; 2 + years warehouse and ERP/MRP software experience. • Ability to use SAP and communicate effectively in English. • Stand continuously, lift up to 35 lb, wear required PPE, and handle exposure to high noise levels.
