About the Role
The Facility Support focus includes scheduling preventative maintenance with contracted vendors, managing hard services such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and fire safety systems, and responding to emergency maintenance calls. You will also escort and supervise suppliers, assist with furniture delivery and storage, and support set‑up and break‑down of corporate events. Daily responsibilities involve performing small maintenance tasks like hanging artwork, moving or repairing furniture, and conducting facility walk‑throughs, as well as monthly safety inspections and various administrative projects. You will also collaborate on sustainability projects, track environmental data, and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations. • Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance with vendors for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire safety systems. • Respond to emergency maintenance calls and supervise on‑site suppliers. • Assist with furniture delivery, storage organization, and corporate event set‑up/break‑down. • Perform small maintenance tasks such as installing artwork, moving or repairing furniture, and conduct daily facility walk‑throughs. • Conduct monthly safety inspections and support administrative projects. • Monitor sustainability initiatives, collect and report environmental data, and ensure compliance with standards. • Utilize Corrigo CMMS to manage work orders, track preventive maintenance, and provide improvement feedback. • Deploy communications, training, documentation, and governance tools for facility teams. • Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You Bring
Whether you bring deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, technology, or are looking to apply relevant experience to a new industry, you can join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. The role is based on‑site at our Kinston, NC facility. This position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least one year of relevant experience in a corporate environment, third‑party service provider, or consulting role, with a preference for aerospace or defense exposure. Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and customer‑service skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google G‑Suite and Corrigo CMMS. Work will be performed in both industrial and office settings, involving some walking and occasional lifting of items under 35 lbs. The role does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Minimum 1 year facilities experience (corporate, third‑party, or consulting); bachelor’s degree preferred; strong organization, communication, and technical skills required.
