About the Role

Key responsibilities include defining and executing a vision for the Land Development practice, fostering sustainable growth and innovation, and building strong client relationships to position the firm as a trusted partner. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience in land development, a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, and a state PE license. Required are extensive client contacts, proven business development and marketing skills, a track record of profitable project management, strong client‑problem‑solving ability, staff mentorship experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D. • Minimum 10 years civil engineering experience in land development with a PE license. • Demonstrated business development success, including proposal writing and budgeting. • Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D.
