About the Role

The internship begins in January 2026 and reports to the Plant Manager. The intern will work across the manufacturing plant, supporting technical projects focused on material flow, design, and sustainability to improve manufacturing processes. • Assist in projects to improve material flow. • Participate in Kaizen events. • Design and procure jigs and equipment to support production. • Standardize process flows. • Optimize utilization of equipment, facilities, material flow, and personnel. • Write, review, and revise operation sheets; conduct time/motion studies. • Coordinate with engineering staff on design changes.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program and returning after the internship. • Authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship available. • Reside within 80 km of Delta, BC. • Available full‑time for four months starting January 2026. • Prior internship or co‑op experience preferred. • Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong customer‑service focus with confidentiality, professionalism, and time‑management skills. • Ability to work safely on multiple projects. • Good analytical, problem‑solving, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities. • Demonstrated leadership experience on campus or in the community. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
