About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Order Fulfilment Manager, the role drives the delivery of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and critical material across the customer network, acting as the main liaison for base customers to place, track and expedite orders. It works closely with internal value streams, parts forecasters and logistics to ensure smooth order flow and quickly satisfy critical part needs, while also partnering with the Quality team on notifications, returns and root‑cause analysis to strive for zero defects. • Serve as the primary contact for MRO facility customers to place, track and expedite component orders. • Process critical parts lists in SAP, coordinating with value streams, forecasters and logistics. • Own and continuously improve the critical-parts process, testing ERP system changes. • Identify material shortfalls and work with the supply chain to resolve open orders. • Address customer queries such as invoices, data errors and arrange material returns when needed. • Manage customer complaints using standard company systems and reporting procedures. • Participate in community-of-practice workshops to maintain and refine processes. • Provide quality-notification support to MRO and airline customers to prevent AOG or build stops and conduct root-cause analysis. • Apply a customer-first mindset, making high-quality decisions quickly and embracing innovation.

What You Bring

Candidates will be assessed on safety, simplicity and impact, with possible online cognitive and behavioural assessments. The position falls under Supply Chain Planning & Control and is a 22-month fixed-term contract. • Demonstrate direct and indirect customer-relationship experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments. • Possess an understanding of planning and control ERP processes (desired). • Ability to handle challenging customer relationships with professionalism. • Communicate effectively and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
