• Organize punch lists, inventory, and production plans for easy retrieval. • Process invoices and billing under project manager/accountant supervision. • Train new project administrators and clerks. • Conduct basic inventory control as directed by project management. • Support record retention and document control processes. • Perform field quality and safety inspections. • Document compliance with plans and specifications. • Propose potential solutions to issues. • Promote Mortenson’s safety culture. • Build effective relationships with diverse individuals at all organizational levels. • Manage detailed information and meet deadlines.

Mortenson is seeking a Construction Coordinator I who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Mortenson does not provide visa sponsorship. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. • Prefer prior experience on a construction job site. • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office and internet proficiency. • Quickly learn and use construction management software. • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. • Exhibit active listening and openness to diverse feedback. • Travel up to 100% as required.

The role offers a base pay range of $27.55–$37.21 per hour, with higher rates for certain locations (e.g., Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Washington, D.C.). Pay is set based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
