About the Role
The Talent Specialist provides vital support to Talent Partners and helps shape the future workforce. This early‑career role offers a chance to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Specialists act as the backbone of talent programs by documenting conversations with business leaders, tracking development progress, and assisting with assessments, succession planning, performance reviews, and critical role analysis. They serve as trusted thought partners, translating strategy into action while building expertise in Talent Management and Learning & Development, and may spend significant time in the field supporting leaders. In this position you will coordinate and administer support for Talent Partners across regions and functions, capture meeting insights, track learning program participation and outcomes, maintain accurate development records and nine‑box data, and help create materials for succession planning and performance discussions. You will also develop a strong working knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, partner with Learning & Development to document training progress, and contribute to talent dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership. • Coordinate and provide administrative support to Talent Partners across regions and functions. • Document meetings between Talent Partners and business leaders, highlighting performance, skill, and development themes. • Track participation and outcomes of learning and development programs to measure ROI. • Maintain accurate records of development plans, nine‑box data, and talent review materials. • Assist in creating materials for succession planning, workforce strategy, and performance discussions. • Build strong knowledge of Perry Homes’ talent tools, frameworks, and processes. • Partner with Learning & Development to document training progress and completions. • Prepare and contribute to talent dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership.

What You Bring
The role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, and 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development support. Candidates should be familiar with the nine‑box framework and talent assessment principles, possess strong written communication skills and attention to detail, and be proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development support roles. • Familiarity with the nine‑box framework and talent assessment/succession planning principles. • Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
