About the Role
Working under general direction, the specialist provides Sales Agents with qualified prospects for timeshare presentations and event participation, and delivers concierge services to members, owners, and guests by offering area information and booking activities before arrival. They also provide complete, accurate telephone information about tours, accommodations, premiums, and promotions, assist with package inquiries, and handle dissatisfied guests to create resolutions. • Call guests within 45 days to confirm reservations, tours, and package details. • Greet guests on arrival and coordinate transportation to the tour. • Supply Sales Agents with qualified prospects for presentations and events. • Offer concierge services, including area information and activity bookings. • Provide accurate phone information on tours, accommodations, premiums, and promotions. • Assist with package inquiries and resolve dissatisfied guest situations.
