About the Role
In this role you will manage and deliver multiple complex projects from early planning and due diligence through permitting and construction. You will lead cross‑disciplinary teams, serve as a technical and procedural subject matter expert, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. The position may also oversee planning efforts such as feasibility studies, site‑yield analyses, entitlement support, and coordination with planning authorities. • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, technicians, and interns. • Act as technical authority for land development, overseeing site civil design, permitting, and construction administration. • Manage projects from conceptual planning through final design, approvals, and construction, ensuring smooth phase transitions. • Oversee planning efforts such as feasibility studies, due diligence, zoning, entitlement support, and land‑use analysis. • Control project scope, schedule, budget, and risks while maintaining high quality and accountability. • Coordinate internal disciplines and external stakeholders, including clients, agencies, and consultants. • Ensure quality control by reviewing plans, reports, and deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Plan, organize, prioritize, assign, and evaluate team work while supporting professional development.

What You Bring
We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager – Federal Site Civil for our Jacksonville office. This role will lead complex site‑civil projects and may also manage planning‑related projects that support land development or DOD initiatives. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related) from an ABET‑accredited program. • Be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida or obtain licensure within six months. • Possess proven experience managing federal, residential, commercial, or industrial site projects. • Have experience with planning activities supporting development, such as feasibility, entitlements, and zoning coordination. • Proficient in AutoCAD, WaterCAD, ICPR, and Excel. • Skilled in collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities, handling confidential information with discretion.
