About the Role
In this role you will support lead generation and sales teams by processing submitted leads—verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, validating product qualifications, and gauging interest—while assisting customers and employees across all Mad City markets to start their home‑improvement projects. Key duties include managing appointments from face‑to‑face sources in the CRM, accurately documenting all call attempts with appropriate dispositions and detailed notes, handling inbound calls from promoters, making outbound calls to unverified leads, and participating in department contests to meet personal and team goals. • Verify homeowner information and confirm appointment availability. • Validate product qualifications and assess homeowner interest. • Enter and manage all appointments in the CRM system. • Document call attempts with accurate dispositions and detailed notes. • Handle inbound calls from promoters and conduct outbound calls to unverified leads. • Participate in contests to achieve personal and team sales targets. • Maintain reliable attendance and consistent performance.
