About the Role
Key duties include inventory control, parts ordering, shipping and receiving, and managing tools and equipment to keep them operational. The coordinator also oversees the HAZMAT program, ensuring waste oil is contained, scheduled for vendor pickup, and documented in line with Otis and state regulations. Additional responsibilities involve preparing state tax paperwork for hazardous waste shipments, arranging parts and equipment deliveries to job sites, handling city parking permits, and providing fleet administration support. Maintaining warehouse vehicles and keeping the warehouse organized and safe are also required. • Conduct inventory control, parts ordering, shipping/receiving, and tool/equipment management. • Manage the HAZMAT program, including waste oil containment, vendor pickups, and compliance documentation. • Prepare and submit state tax paperwork for hazardous waste shipments. • Arrange deliveries of parts and equipment to job sites and coordinate fleet administration. • Maintain warehouse vehicles and keep the warehouse organized and safe. • Lift up to 50 lb, maintain a clean driving record, operate forklifts, and drive 1‑ton trucks.
