About the Role

The Shuttle Driver provides courtesy transportation services to guests and owners throughout the resort, delivering excellent customer service and sharing information about local attractions, resort history, and amenities. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Drivers must ensure guest safety during boarding, riding, and unloading, and conduct routine safety checks on the shuttle. Shuttles must be kept clean both inside and out, and drivers are responsible for maintaining shuttle supplies. Employees must adhere to company policies, the business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws while maintaining confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity. • Greet and interact with guests. • Manage the safety of guests while boarding, riding and unloading from the shuttles. • Transport guests around property (and other destinations as directed by management) in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner. • Complete routine safety checks on shuttle. • Keep shuttles clean on the inside and outside at all times. • Maintain shuttle supplies. • Provide outstanding guest satisfaction and courteous cooperation with fellow associates and departments.

What You Bring

Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience and one year of bus, shuttle van, or commercial driving experience. A Class E driver’s license is required; a CDL is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with local towns and attractions and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
