About the Role
The company is hiring a Director of Project Controls to lead cost, schedule and risk management for a large‑scale data centre construction program in Beaver County, PA. This senior leadership role oversees robust project‑controls processes, ensures accurate forecasting and reporting, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting major accounts and broader business initiatives. In this role the Director will define strategic direction for project controls, develop governance frameworks and reporting protocols, and oversee budgeting, earned‑value analysis, variance reporting and lifecycle cost estimating. He/she will lead the creation of detailed CPM schedules, manage risk registers, conduct risk workshops, perform Monte Carlo analyses, and administer change‑control procedures. The Director also prepares executive‑level dashboards and gateway documentation, ensures data integrity across all phases using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, and drives performance measurement and forecasting against project baselines. Additionally, he/she mentors a high‑performing project‑controls team, fosters a culture of accountability, and serves as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders. • Set strategic direction for cost, schedule, and risk management on a large data‑center program. • Develop governance frameworks, reporting protocols and project‑controls processes. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, earned‑value analysis and variance reporting. • Lead creation and integration of detailed CPM schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) across design, procurement, construction and commissioning. • Manage risk registers, conduct risk workshops and perform Monte Carlo analyses. • Administer change‑control procedures, evaluate scope impacts and drive cost‑reduction initiatives. • Produce executive‑level dashboards, gateway documentation and performance reports for senior leadership. • Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy using project‑controls tools and platforms. • Mentor and lead a high‑performing project‑controls team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. • Act as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing implementation plans and recovery strategies. • Identify process‑improvement opportunities and share best practices across projects.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s preferred) and bring at least 12 years of project‑controls experience, including two years leading consulting teams, with expertise in cost forecasting, earned‑value management, risk analysis and change management. Professional certifications such as CCP, PSP or PMP are highly desirable, and advanced Excel and Primavera P6 skills are required. • Hold 12+ years of project‑controls experience, including leadership of consulting teams, with expertise in cost forecasting, earned‑value management and risk analysis. • Possess professional certifications such as CCP, PSP or PMP (highly desirable).
