About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, and conducting daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability. They audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed. The role requires lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and basic maintenance of interior and exterior areas. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections • Lift or move items up to 35 lb and walk around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors • Perform routine cleaning and basic exterior maintenance

What You Bring
