About the Role
The Regional Business Class Leader (BCL) for Pump Station and Pipelines in the Northeast will guide the growth, direction, and quality of the Business Class, lead some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in the region, and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals while maintaining strong client relationships. Key duties include providing technical leadership by integrating national expertise and best practices, advancing the program through new business opportunities and heightened982 visibility, and delivering projects by managing teams, workloads, recruitment, and work‑share across the region; the BCL also acts as a senior technical advisor and mentor, coordinating with regional and national leaders. • Lead growth and quality of Northeast Region Pump Station and Pipelines Business Class. • Oversee planning, design, inspection, and construction management of large water, wastewater, stormwater, and reclaimed water infrastructure. • Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to contract document preparation. • Integrate national business‑class expertise and industry best practices into local project delivery. • Drive program visibility by presenting at conferences, workshops, and technical forums. • Manage workload, recruitment, and work‑share across the regional team of business‑class professionals. • Serve as senior technical advisor and mentor to project teams. • Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field, possess at least ten years of professional experience, and bring a minimum of twenty years leading pump‑station and pipeline projects; strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as a commitment to HDR’s values and employee‑owned culture, are essential. • Minimum 20 years experience leading pump‑station and pipeline projects and teams. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field with at least 10 years of experience.
