About the Role
• Instruct, assist and train service technicians in equipment repair and safety best practices • Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality • Continuously improve operations, reduce turnaround times, and streamline processes • Collaborate with other areas to provide seamless customer service • Direct service technicians and yard staff in daily operations • Schedule service and maintenance of equipment, coordinating breakdown response with road technicians • Monitor equipment repairs to ensure proper cost allocation to customer, supplier, or profit center • Assist Profit Center Manager with employee training, planning, work assignment, and conflict resolution

Base pay ranges from $29.77 to $40.94 per hour, with the starting rate varying based on location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
