About the Role
The Portfolio Risk Manager will lead the creation and use of a portfolio‑level risk management framework to enable informed decisions and successful project delivery. Reporting to the Senior Project Controls Lead, the role oversees risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting across the portfolio, working with project teams and senior stakeholders to surface insights and strengthen governance. The position is based in Sydney with hybrid working arrangements. • Develop and apply a consistent portfolio‑level risk management framework. • Oversee risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting across all projects. • Facilitate risk workshops and create practical mitigation and contingency strategies. • Produce concise risk reports for senior leaders and governance forums. • Engage senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with project teams. • Apply quantitative and qualitative risk analysis techniques.

Demonstrated experience includes portfolio or program risk management in large‑scale infrastructure or regulated settings, strong knowledge of risk frameworks, and experience leading risk workshops. • Bring proven experience in portfolio or program risk management within large‑scale infrastructure or regulated environments.
