About the Role
The position provides administrative, operational, and managerial support to association boards and residents, assisting the Community Association Manager with budgeting, rule enforcement, contractor selection, payment authorizations, site inspections, and homeowner communications. • Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to association boards and residents. • Assist the Community Association Manager with the business of the association. • Help develop association budgets and financial reports. • Enforce community association rules and restrictions. • Assist board members in selecting contractors and insurance providers. • Oversee and authorize payment for community association services. • Direct association personnel. • Perform site inspections. • Maintain communication with homeowners.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates will have proven conflict‑resolution experience, strong organizational and leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and advanced proficiency with MS Office and database tools. They must be available for evening and weekend board meetings, emergency calls, and must pass background and drug screenings. • Understand principles of contracting, accounting, psychology, and board management. • Demonstrate proven conflict‑resolution experience. • Exhibit excellent organizational, time‑management, and leadership skills. • Possess strong communication abilities. • Show strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality. • Have advanced computer skills with MS Office and database software. • Pass background check and drug screening. • Be available for evening and weekend board meetings. • Be reachable for emergency calls at any time. • Physically able to sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision, and lift up to 30 pounds.
