About the Role
In this role you will guide the construction and project management teams, develop efficient processes, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will also collaborate with support functions to meet internal and external reporting requirements. • Lead the construction and project management department. • Develop processes and procedures for successful project completion. • Oversee supervisors and managers to ensure projects are on‑budget, safe, and high quality. • Resolve project disputes and negotiate solutions as needed. • Coordinate with support teams to meet reporting and financial deadlines. • Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports. • Manage material, equipment, production costs, and delivery schedules. • Prioritize projects based on customer needs and resource availability. • Evaluate employee performance, assign jobs, retain talent, and develop skills. • Interface with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to identify growth opportunities. • Drive a safety culture and monitor SSO, MVI, TRIR, and DART metrics.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of progressive leadership experience in telecom construction, a hands‑on approach to solving complex problems, and a strong safety mindset. You should be comfortable coaching and mentoring teams, have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and understand basic accounting principles. • Minimum 5 years progressive leadership experience in telecom construction. • Demonstrated problem‑solving and hands‑on work style. • Strong focus on safety in daily operations. • Ability to coach, mentor, and drive change within the team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn custom software. • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
