About the Role
Technicians are tasked with troubleshooting a wide range of service issues—including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—while ensuring both interior and exterior property standards and legal requirements are met. They will respond to maintenance tickets, keep residents and office staff informed, and participate in an on‑call rotation that may require night and weekend work. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Ensure interior and exterior property compliance with company standards and legal regulations. • Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and communicate status to residents and staff. • Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, including nights and weekends.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle, live within a 30‑minute commute of the properties, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
