About the Role

The coordinator will manage inboxes, respond to inquiries, monitor customer experience, and provide strategic support to program managers while collaborating with Energy Advisors, Outreach, Marketing, Rebates, and Trade Allies. The role emphasizes streamlining processes, creating efficiencies, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget. • Manage projects, provide regular updates, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion. • Develop and update program materials such as presentations, trainings, reports, and marketing collateral. • Coordinate team activities with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet program goals. • Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders about integration opportunities, program impacts, and required trainings. • Analyze program data trends, synthesize information, and report insights for decision‑making. • Identify and support process‑improvement initiatives and quality‑control measures. • Monitor customer satisfaction surveys, act on feedback, and address or escalate complaints. • Support strategic marketing and outreach initiatives to achieve program objectives. • Manage orientation and training for internal and external program implementers and contractors. • Conduct market research and assist in developing business cases, strategic plans, and pilot projects.

What You Bring

The position requires adherence to PSE’s safety compliance standards, promotion of a total‑safety culture, and conduct consistent with the company’s core values and Code of Conduct, while meeting all regulatory obligations. • Minimum 3 years' experience in program coordination, management, planning, or budgeting. • At least 2 years' experience in planning with budgeting responsibilities. • Experience leading communications campaigns. • Proven ability to identify and implement process‑improvement efforts. • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and analytical skills. • Demonstrated record of delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings, including logistics. • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. • Experience working with SAP. • Ability to develop and deliver training to internal and external partners. • Comfortable with public speaking and audience communication. • Experience using Tableau or other data‑visualization tools. • Experience coordinating external and internal vendors, trade organizations, and community outreach. • Knowledge of energy markets and utility industry experience.

The compensation range is $80,200–$115,800 with eligibility for incentive bonuses, and a comprehensive total‑rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) and cash‑balance retirement plans, PTO, holidays, and various voluntary benefits.
