About the Role
• Manage a multi‑time‑zone calendar, prioritize and resolve conflicts. • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reconciliation. • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison, preparing the SVP for meetings and engagements. • Plan, organize, and execute meetings, strategic events, and team off‑sites. • Prepare meeting materials such as agendas, presentations, and briefing documents. • Attend meetings, capture notes, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items. • Draft, edit, and proofread high‑level communications, presentations, and reports. • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Coordinate special projects and department‑wide initiatives with minimal oversight. • Manage global communication distribution lists and assist with internal communications. • Prepare and review expense reports, purchase orders, and invoice approvals. • Identify cost‑optimization opportunities for travel and events. • Offer health, life, disability, and voluntary insurance plans for employees and eligible families. • Provide a retirement savings plan with company contributions. • Provide an Employee Assistance Program.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience supporting senior executives in a global corporate setting, with proven expertise in managing complex calendars, travel, and events. Required skills include advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and procurement tools such as Coupa. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and confidential handling abilities are essential, alongside a customer‑focused mindset.

Benefits
The targeted base salary for this position in Redwood City, United States, ranges from $84,000 to $126,000 annually, with eligibility for bonus, equity, and additional benefits. Compensation reflects role level, location, and individual factors such as skills, experience, and education.
