About the Role
• Maintain and update comprehensive Primavera P6 schedules for engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases; analyze variances and flag potential delays. • Allocate engineering resources and track hours with global teams, adjusting schedules to reflect actual progress and forecasts. • Align MRP data with real‑time scheduling needs, coordinate material release and sequencing, and act as the primary interface with the Product Delivery Planner. • Participate in planning‑scheduling meetings to identify feasibility gaps, resource bottlenecks, and schedule impacts of planning changes. • Communicate schedule status to global project teams across time zones and support project reviews with dashboards and data. • Generate progress and risk reports from Primavera P6 and MRP systems and maintain audit‑ready documentation of schedule changes.

The role, titled Project Management Experienced Professional – Project Planning, is responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedules across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery phases using Primavera P6. The incumbent will coordinate closely with engineering managers, global teams, and the Product Delivery Planner to align resources, material flow, and execution timelines while maintaining clear communication across time zones. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, supply chain, or a related discipline and possess 3–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience, preferably within the oil‑and‑gas sector. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and familiarity with MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP, combined with strong analytical and communication abilities, are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. • Possess 3–5 years of scheduling or project coordination experience, ideally in the oil and gas or project industries. • Proficient in Primavera P6 and familiar with MRP systems such as Oracle or SAP. • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, capable of translating technical schedules for non‑technical audiences. • Experience coordinating work across global teams and multiple time zones. • Preferred: exposure to subsea equipment or offshore oil & gas projects. • Preferred: prior collaboration with planners or project controls teams.
