About the Role
The Cleaner position at Velociti Services works Monday‑Friday evenings, either 5 pm‑10 pm or 5 pm‑9 pm, providing commercial custodial services at client locations. Associates perform standard janitorial duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping, and waste removal while maintaining a clean work area and following all company policies, safety rules, and reporting procedures. • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures • Perform work assignments in a team with other employees • Maintain clean work area • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules • Take direction and respond to supervision • Communicate professionally with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers • Fill in during staff shortage • Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items • Use proper personal protective equipment • Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms • Build respectful relationships with teammates and guests • Take directions from Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager • Coordinate activities with other internal departments • Participate in team meetings • Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds • Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments • Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
