About the Role
The Assembler IV handles a broad set of tasks that include wiring, assembling, fitting, and mounting subassemblies, components, and fixed assemblies within electrical control equipment. The role also involves performing assembly or wiring activities needed for test preparation and final inspection. All work must meet quantity and quality standards established for the function. Daily duties are carried out from oral or written instructions, drawings, and wiring schematics. The assembler uses tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, impact guns, drills, and pliers to construct switchboard wiring, while handling materials according to established procedures. Progress on assigned jobs is monitored, and any shortages or problem areas are communicated promptly. Housekeeping and safety are maintained through 5S practices and a clean, orderly workspace. The assembler is expected to support a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture by adhering to all policies, wearing required personal protective equipment, operating equipment safely, and performing 5S duties. Decisions affecting the workgroup may be made independently, with an emphasis on meeting internal and external customer expectations. • Wire, assemble, fit, and mount subassemblies and components in electrical control equipment. • Perform assembly and wiring for test preparation and final inspection. • Follow oral or written instructions, drawings, and wiring schematics. • Use wire strippers, crimpers, cutters, impact guns, drills, and pliers. • Handle materials per established procedures and report shortages. • Monitor job progress and communicate any issues promptly. • Maintain housekeeping and safety through 5S practices. • Provide flexibility for overtime and varied work hours.

What You Bring
Candidates must be able to lift 35 lb, with reasonable accommodation if needed, and demonstrate both teamwork and independent work with a sense of urgency. Required credentials include a technical degree in a related field or Connectors I & II certifications, plus at least one year of experience as an Assembler III. Success in the position relies on self‑drive, minimal supervision, strong verbal and written communication, persuasive and analytical problem‑solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Flexibility for overtime and varied hours is also expected. • Lift up to 35 lb, with reasonable accommodation if required. • Work both independently and collaboratively with urgency. • Hold a technical degree or Connectors I & II certifications and one year of Assembler III experience. • Demonstrate self‑drive, minimal supervision, strong communication, and analytical problem‑solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint.
