About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees all maintenance operations for a community, handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident communication while working closely with the Community Manager. • Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders daily. • Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct hazards. • Manage maintenance inventory and order supplies within budget guidelines. • Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA standards and maintain hazard communication. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; provide performance feedback. • Provide on‑call emergency support and oversee unit make‑ready inspections. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and compliance. • Deliver high‑quality customer service and enforce community policies.
