About the Role
The role is based in Thane, India, operating from the basement of Almeida Apartment. The incumbent will coordinate between employees and customers, gather daily feedback, plan schedules, allocate manpower, and ensure timely completion of service orders. • Coordinate daily interactions between employees and customers, capturing feedback and planning schedules. • Allocate manpower based on daily callbacks and monitor progress of service orders. • Conduct annual equipment surveys of elevators, plan preventive repairs, and perform NIS for new constructions and modernizations. • Lead toolbox talks, safety audits, fatality preventive audits, and ensure adherence to EH&S policies. • Prepare monthly and quarterly review reports and track closure of “T/Repair” orders. • Reduce high‑frequency callbacks through random quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives. • Participate in risk assessment, incident investigations, RQC and safety meetings, and implement corrective actions promptly. • Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, handle renewals, quotations, and follow up on invoices and payments. • Oversee material indenting, coordinate with stores, and monitor net O/P and payments.

What You Bring
• Required: Diploma/BE in Engineering with 5–8 years of elevator service experience; strong communication, interpersonal, and customer‑facing skills; proactive, result‑oriented attitude.
