About the Role
The Senior Channel Manager, Builder will act as a strategic architect, planning and executing integrated marketing programs that drive growth across multiple channels in the single‑family home builder segment. Partnering with product, sales, brand, and external customer teams, you will translate insights into action, anticipate market trends, develop compelling programs, and ensure flawless execution. In this role you will develop channel strategies, build deep channel expertise, design high‑impact go‑to‑market plans, manage marketing budgets and agency relationships, influence product roadmaps, collaborate across functions, nurture partner relationships, and measure performance through defined KPIs and improvement plans. • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals. • Build deep channel knowledge through field travel and market analysis. • Design and execute integrated marketing plans (promotions, merchandising, launches, collateral). • Manage marketing budget and coordinate with external agency/vendor partners. • Provide insights to influence product roadmap and maintain a market‑relevant portfolio. • Act as primary liaison across Sales, Brand, Product, Operations, Finance, and regional teams. • Cultivate strong relationships with home builders, wholesalers, contractors, influencers, and trade associations. • Define KPIs, track channel performance, and create improvement plans. • Optimize marketing spend for effectiveness and efficiency. • Travel domestically 20‑35% to support key accounts.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 8+ years of marketing experience—preferably in channel or brand management within a large matrixed organization—and 5+ years of cross‑functional project leadership. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Salesforce/CRM, and a proven ability to turn data into actionable strategies are essential, as are excellent communication and presentation abilities. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Possess 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in channel or brand management. • Have 5+ years managing cross‑functional projects with stage‑gate frameworks. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills using Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce/CRM. • Communicate strategically with excellent presentation skills.
