About the Role
As a Heavy Equipment Operator I you will operate equipment such as bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders at one of our recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. Your work is vital to our operations and will be recognized for its impact on safety and efficiency. • Operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders in compliance with safety policies. • Perform routine equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and keep accurate records. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with at least one year of heavy‑equipment operating experience, who are 18 years or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. The ideal team member works independently, takes accountability for safety, communicates well, and can solve problems on their own. The work environment includes exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes, and requires motor coordination, occasional lifting of objects under 30 pounds, and adherence to safety protocols.
