In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects, believing in doing the job right and striving to be the best. You will lead by example, uphold the company‑wide safety culture, and drive your team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects while delivering high‑level customer service. • Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of aerial and underground telecom construction. • Lead by example and reinforce the company‑wide safety culture. • Drive the team to meet deadlines while delivering quality projects. • Provide high‑level customer service when interfacing with clients. • Direct multiple crews and coordinate their job site activities. • Maintain a daily safety mindset and enforce safe work practices.

What You Bring

We seek candidates who prioritize safety daily, have a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoy hands‑on problem solving on long‑term projects. Ideal applicants are experienced leaders with deep knowledge of telecom construction—including coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading—and are eager to coach, mentor, and troubleshoot in the field. • Demonstrated ability to complete work with high quality standards. • Strong problem‑solving skills and a hands‑on approach to tasks. • Commitment to long‑term projects and willingness to work in the field. • Proven leadership experience supporting daily crew needs. • In‑depth knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading). • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues quickly. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software; MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591) are a plus.
