About the Role

The Analyst provides support for core HR processes across the EMEA/UK region, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, facilitating onboarding and off‑boarding, and addressing routine HR inquiries. Collaboration with senior analysts and contribution to continuous‑improvement initiatives are also expected. • Resolve Tier 1 HR queries and transactions for EMEA/UK, including promotions, transfers, and contract changes in Workday. • Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes for EMEA/UK employees. • Process employee lifecycle actions such as background verification, exit letters, and FFS settlement slips. • Handle case‑management tool queries and support knowledge‑base creation. • Maintain adherence to KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards. • Utilize MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and documentation. • Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and employment norms. • Provide proactive, result‑oriented customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management and 1–2 years of experience in HR or client‑service functions. Familiarity with Workday or a comparable HR ERP system and proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are preferred. Knowledge of case‑management tools and UK compliance standards is advantageous. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for delivering accurate and timely support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
