About the Role
The Operations Specialist for Collections at WM delivers advanced clerical and administrative support to department managers, handling daily operational coordination and acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver updates. This role utilizes Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, payment processing, and project implementation while communicating with customers, employees, and supervisors. • Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues. • Maintain and distribute daily departmental information; act as KRONOS proxy for driver and helper updates. • Manage procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incident reporting, and contract‑labor documentation using Microsoft Suite. • Assist with payment processing, other financial tasks, and implementation of operational projects. • Communicate service issues to customers and scheduling details to employees.
