About the Role
The Alliance Partner Marketing Manager owns planning and execution of joint go‑to‑market programs with strategic alliance partners, including major cloud and platform partners such as AWS. This role collaborates closely with Alliance Management, Industry Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to bring joint solutions to market through integrated co‑marketing programs that drive awareness, adoption, and measurable pipeline impact. Success is measured by strong partner collaboration, high‑quality GTM execution, and contribution to pipeline and revenue outcomes. The manager translates alliance strategy into co‑marketing plans, campaigns, and launches that position joint solutions and use cases. • Plan and execute joint go‑to‑market programs with strategic alliance partners aligned to shared objectives. • Translate alliance strategy into integrated co‑marketing plans, campaigns, and product launches. • Partner with Alliance Management and Industry Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and industry value propositions. • Develop and run co‑branded campaigns, promotions, and launches for cloud alliances and marketplaces. • Build and scale marketing motions in cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace) including co‑sell, referral, and demand programs. • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned partners, managing joint planning, timelines, and approvals. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (partner marketing, demand generation, sales) to ensure execution and field readiness. • Ensure brand consistency across all joint marketing assets and programs. • Track, analyze, and report program performance, pipeline contribution, and sourced opportunities. • Use insights to optimize GTM programs and improve alliance marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in alliance or platform & marketplace marketing, preferably SaaS/technology. • Proven track record executing joint go‑to‑market and co‑marketing programs with strategic partners. • Ability to work with large, complex partner organizations and their marketing and sales teams. • Strong project management skills managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders. • Experience linking marketing programs to pipeline and revenue outcomes using data. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional, matrixed organization. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
