About the Role
In this role you will lead the preparation of schedule data for proposals and contracts, integrate interdisciplinary schedule requirements, and develop logical work sequences. You will review baseline schedules, monitor critical‑path activities, produce schedule commentary for progress reports, and ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, ethical, and safety standards. • Prepare schedule data for proposals and contracts, verifying scope alignment. • Combine interdisciplinary schedule constraints to create logical work sequences. • Assess work sequences against overall project plan and set activity durations. • Generate quantity release and installation curves for assigned disciplines. • Evaluate contractor/consultant baseline schedules, weekly updates, and approve cost‑loaded invoice verification. • Identify critical‑path items, track schedule variances, and suggest corrective measures. • Draft schedule commentary and critical‑items action reports for monthly progress updates. • Develop project codes, work breakdown structures, and adjust for new scope items. • Maintain adherence to corporate, contractual, ethical, and safety policies.

What You Bring
The position requires an engineering degree and at least ten years of construction project experience, with strong expertise in Primavera, Microsoft Office, Prism, Aconex, TurboChart or similar tools, Power BI, and Time Impact Analysis. Experience with large PM/CM contracts and a Scheduler certification are advantageous.
