Job Highlights
About the Role
In this role you will respond to first‑line water‑leak alerts, locate and repair faulty pipework or components, clear blockages, and maintain internal drainage systems, condensate pipework, and dairy pump trays where applicable. You will diagnose equipment faults, provide effective solutions or escalations, ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meet all relevant KPIs, and adhere to Arcus health and safety procedures as well as client site requirements. Effective route planning, workload management and a focus on first‑time fixes are essential.

What You Bring
• Smartphone, tools, uniform and PPE supplied • Must be able to work nights • On‑call rota (1‑4 or 1‑8) depending on busy periods • Experience with water‑leak or drainage works (advantageous) • Basic plumbing knowledge • Basic electrical knowledge (desired, not essential) • Other trade/industry qualifications (desired) • Full UK driving licence (essential) • IT proficient – comfortable with apps and email
