About the Role

• Represent the firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project team members. • Create basic designs, specifications, system narratives, and layouts under supervision. • Establish design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. • Supervise preparation of reports and analysis of system options and building conditions. • Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts with other trades and consultants. • Monitor correspondence among staff, clients, contractors, and owners. • Oversee construction administration duties, including field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda. • Conduct periodic employee evaluations. • Participate in the Technical Leadership Committee and support business unit initiatives. • Assist the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and staff mentoring. • Provide hands‑on design using CAD/Revit.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution. • Possess 8+ years of consulting firm experience in MEP engineering. • Demonstrate project management skills and ability to lead internal design teams. • Maintain an active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
