About the Role
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining linear scheduling method (LSM) and critical path method (CPM) schedules for utility transmission, substation and renewable projects. You will build and update resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with baselines, integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, and link WBS to functional breakdown structures for accurate forecasting and cash‑flow alignment. Additional duties involve producing earned‑value metrics, schedule KPIs, conducting critical‑path analysis, risk assessments, productivity tracking, and maintaining compliant schedule documentation. • Develop and maintain LSM and CPM schedules for utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects. • Build and update resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules aligned with project baselines. • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning inputs into the schedule. • Link WBS to functional breakdown structures for accurate forecasting and cash‑flow alignment. • Produce earned‑value metrics, schedule KPIs and cash‑flow reports for project controls. • Conduct critical‑path analysis, what‑if scenarios, productivity tracking and time‑impact assessments. • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing and recommend mitigation strategies. • Support look‑ahead planning, short‑interval schedules and continuous improvement. • Maintain schedule documentation compliant with contract and company standards.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least four years of scheduling experience on utility transmission lines and substations, advanced expertise in Primavera P6, and familiarity with linear scheduling, large‑scale sitework and long‑lead equipment schedules. Experience with tools such as TILOS or Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk is preferred. Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills are required to work with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction and commissioning teams. Candidates must be highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities; a high‑school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field preferred. • Minimum 4 years scheduling experience on utility transmission lines and substations. • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, including cost‑ and resource‑loaded schedules. • Experience with linear scheduling tools (e.g., TILOS) or risk analysis software (e.g., Deltek Acumen Fuse). • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing abilities across multiple disciplines. • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
