About the Role

The Transactions Management Associate acts as the primary real‑estate coordinator and single point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs. The role includes executing transactions, conducting site evaluations, aligning property and project‑management requirements, and supporting business growth, while working both independently and collaboratively with clients and JLL’s transactions team. Core duties cover client relationship management, transaction reporting, strategic portfolio planning, lease administration, and data oversight. Responsibilities include negotiating leases, managing broker and legal interactions, coordinating lease‑related documentation, handling surrender or decommissioning projects, and delivering accurate performance metrics to clients. • Serve as primary real estate coordinator and single point of contact for client needs • Execute transactions, conduct site evaluations, and integrate property/project requirements • Negotiate leases and manage broker, legal, and stakeholder interactions • Lead client meetings, conference calls, and improve transaction management processes • Develop strategic portfolio plans and provide financial modeling terms • Coordinate lease administration tasks such as estoppel certificates, COIs, and rent reviews • Perform lease clause reviews, assist with dispute resolution, and manage surrender or decommissioning projects • Create and maintain data for client reporting and monitor portfolio performance metrics • Produce accurate transaction progress reports and deliverables to clients

What You Bring

Candidates should possess advanced MS Office skills, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong knowledge of real‑estate and lease terminology. Required attributes include robust negotiation, financial and qualitative analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the capacity to work autonomously or within a team. Familiarity with CoStar, CREM, and an active real‑estate license are considered pluses. • Demonstrate advanced MS Office skills and solid knowledge of real estate and lease terminology • Exhibit strong negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities • Familiarity with CoStar and CREM; active real‑estate license is a plus
