About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on planning, coordinating, and promoting events. This role blends creative marketing support with hands‑on event logistics, vendor coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure successful, on‑brand experiences that drive engagement and business goals. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, client events, webinars, and internal meetings. Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, registrations, travel, and on‑site support while coordinating with vendors, venues, speakers, sponsors, and internal stakeholders. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and coordinate the creation and distribution of event‑related materials including emails, social posts, invitations, signage, and swag. Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines, ensuring brand consistency across all events and marketing assets. Draft and edit marketing copy for event promotions, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media, and coordinate internal and external communications related to events. Update the website and CRM/event platforms with event information and assets.
