About the Role
In this role you will manage more than a schedule—you will uphold a standard of excellence. You will oversee budget compliance, safety protocols, and the mentorship and development of frontline staff, ensuring every aspect of service meets high standards. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising janitorial functions across all shifts, controlling operational expenses, leading recruitment and training of supervisory personnel, serving as the primary client contact, and ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and company safety and environmental regulations. • Supervise all janitorial operations across shifts, establishing workflows and quality standards. • Manage expenses and job costs to ensure budget compliance. • Recruit, train, and develop supervisory and support staff. • Act as the primary client liaison, delivering service that exceeds expectations. • Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates will have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in facilities, janitorial, or hospitality management, a BA/BS degree, and proven strategic planning abilities to forecast productivity, staffing needs, and budgets. Strong leadership, HR and safety knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential. Success in this position stems from a passion for employee morale and customer satisfaction, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment, and a commitment to leading by example with a focus on quality. • Possess 3–5 years supervisory experience in facilities, janitorial, or hospitality management. • Demonstrate ability to forecast productivity, staffing, and budgets. • Hold a BA/BS degree and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills for complex client relationships.
