About the Role

Key duties include welcoming resident guests, handling after‑hours package pickup, addressing resident inquiries and concerns, and updating communication logs for active buildings. Concierges build strong relationships with current and future members of the apartment community, market the property, and assist with on‑ and off‑site resident events and initiatives. Responsibilities include social‑media posting, blogging, maintaining the internet presence, and ensuring each event is sociable and pleasant. Additional tasks involve answering the concierge phone line, maintaining proper inventory in the Community Amenities area, proactively communicating issues to management, reviewing the activity log at shift start, and upholding confidentiality and property guidelines. The work area must be kept presentable and other duties may be assigned as needed. Work is performed in a professional office setting using standard equipment and may involve travel between properties in varying weather conditions.
