About the Role

The Leasing Consultant role involves leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring on‑site presence, lead follow‑up within 24 hours, and achievement of leasing goals. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork, assist with lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. • Track prospect traffic, update leasing data, and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing targets. • Handle resident complaints, requests, and satisfaction initiatives. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Perform office, common‑area, and model‑unit upkeep and cleaning. • Assist with annual marketing plans, market surveys, and competitive analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and maintain consistent resident communication. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Operate machinery, power tools, vehicles, or golf carts as needed.

What You Bring

• Require a high school diploma or equivalent. • Require basic computer skills and ability to operate on‑site software. • Require knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. • Ability to walk, stand, sit for long periods, climb ladders or stairs, and lift or move objects up to 25 lb. • Capability to work overtime, weekends, nights, in varied temperatures, outdoor conditions, and confined spaces.

Benefits

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $19‑$21, a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K match), and potential commissions or bonuses.
