About the Role

The analyst will independently collect, clean, and analyze complex HR datasets from multiple sources such as HRIS, surveys, and performance systems, applying statistical methods and predictive analytics to uncover trends and actionable insights. They will design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and deliver both regular and ad‑hoc reports on key HR metrics like turnover, engagement, and performance. The role partners with HR and business leaders to translate data findings into strategic recommendations, supports workforce planning and talent strategy through data modeling and forecasting, and creates and analyzes employee surveys using Qualtrics. This full-time role will transform HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization. Reporting to the Manager HRIS & Employee Services and collaborating closely with HR leadership, the position focuses on advanced data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting to drive initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. It offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong analytical backgrounds and a passion for leveraging data to enhance organizational effectiveness in a dynamic, innovative environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required, with a master’s degree preferred. Candidates should have 3‑5+ years of experience in HR analytics or business intelligence, proven work with HRIS systems and data visualization tools, and familiarity with Python or R is a plus. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, deep knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization, and excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences. The position operates in a professional office environment, using standard office equipment and requiring occasional visits to the manufacturing floor with appropriate PPE such as safety shoes and glasses.
