About the Role

The EPC Procurement & Sourcing Specialist role is based in Spring, TX, with up to 50% domestic travel to project sites for hands‑on exposure to transmission and distribution, substation, and infrastructure projects. This position manages the full lifecycle of purchasing and subcontracting for high‑value projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. • Develop bidder lists, issue RFPs, and coordinate technical reviews with EPC engineering teams. • Evaluate proposals for compliance, negotiate contracts, and recommend award decisions. • Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, address performance issues, and mitigate procurement risks. • Track procurement progress, validate materials against drawings, and resolve OS&D issues with construction and logistics. • Ensure compliance with safety, documentation, and corporate standards throughout procurement activities.

What You Bring
