About the Role
The position focuses on proper disposal of solid waste, operating within a repair and maintenance shop environment. You will help maintain site safety and compliance with environmental regulations while contributing to WM’s broader sustainability mission. • Operate heavy equipment (bulldozer, loader, compactor) to excavate, move, spread, and compact waste. • Direct incoming vehicles to dump areas and enforce hazardous waste regulations. • Apply pest‑control chemicals and dust‑suppression oil/water as needed. • Weigh vehicles and collect dumping fees.
